Begin your journey with a convenient pick-up from your accommodation in Bali area. Then, our driver will pick you up using a comfortable private car and transfer you to Gilimanuk port. From there, you will be transferred to Gilimanuk Port, the main crossing point from Bali to Java island. Once you arrive at Gilimanuk Port, you will board a ferry to cross the strait and enter Java. The sea crossing is short but exciting, giving you a moment to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze before continuing your journey.
Upon arrival in Java, your tour guide will welcome you and take you to the Paltuding camping ground area. Next, the trek to Mount Ijen is approximately 3 kilometers uphill. Generally, you will trek about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your fitness level. The path is challenging but rewarding, with cool mountain air and the sounds of the jungle surrounding you. Marvel at the sulphuric blue lake surrounded by mountains. Then, witness the mesmerizing blue flames that create a magical ambiance around this mystical place.
