Not only will you see Mount Bromo and Ijen, but we’ll also stop at Madakaripura Waterfall, a hidden 200 m marvel within the jungle. Starting from Surabaya or Malang, Our friendly guide and driver will pick you up from Hotel, Train Station, or Airport. The pick-up time can be adjusted to suit your needs or flight arrival. This is a private tour, so it’s tailored to you.
First, on our journey, we will visit Madakaripura Waterfall, a hidden gem surrounded by lush vegetation. You will feel like you have entered another world with its thunderous roar, cascading waters, and clear pools. Its cooling mist brings an atmosphere of tranquility to life.
Afterward, head to the Hotel in the Bromo area and reserve your stamina for the day ahead. Take a walk around and see how the locals go about their daily lives. It’s an interesting idea worth considering!
Rise up at 3 o’clock and board the jeep, heading to King Kong Hill viewpoint to marvel at the glorious sunrise. Wander around Bromo’s mysterious terrain. As you finish your delightful breakfast, make your way to the following Hotel.
We will take you across East Java’s scenic countryside towards Ijen. There, you will see Ijen’s blue lake, mountains, and mesmerizing blue flames that create a magical ambiance. Witness miners working tirelessly in harsh conditions with toxic fumes. Then, they will extract valuable minerals from the mountain while braving extreme temperatures.
With expert guidance throughout your journey accompanied by comfortable accommodation arrangements between explorations. This three-day excursion is perfect for nature enthusiasts who love Bromo, Madakaripura and Ijen’s stunning landscapes.
At the end of the trip, your driver can drop you off in Surabaya, Malang, or Ketapang Port. However, if you plan to continue to Bali, your driver can take you directly to your Bali hotel for an extra cost.

- First things first, if you want to do the tour directly, make sure to choose a flight that arrives in Surabaya in the morning or afternoon. It is also better if you are already in Surabaya or Malang. This will give you ample time to settle in before embarking on your adventure.
- If you are from Yogyakarta we strongly suggest taking a train that arrives in Surabaya in the morning or afternoon. Using Train will be faster,comfortable and cheaper. Click <a href="https://www.traveloka.com/en-id/kereta-api">here to book your train tickets.
- If your flight or train arrives in the late afternoon, then we will go to Madakaripura on the second day.
- When it comes time for drop-off, there are a few options available depending on your plans. We can drop off anywhere within Surabaya/Malang or Ketapang Port if you plan on continuing your adventure to Bali or even better, directly at your Bali hotel (for an additional cost, of course).
- From Ketapang Port, it takes approximately 1 hour to cross to Bali, and Bali is one hour ahead of Java.
